The charcters were pretty cool and it had some funnies in it.Please work on the sound though.

I am a big fan of the original Fist of the North Star. And while you captured the style of the show pretty accuratly...I was a little thrown off by all the Testicle Jokes. There are things that are so much funnier than those.
The voice work and 'action' scenes were horrible...again, true to the original ;)
All in all, not too bad...even with the Ball Jokes.
Amusing...
You may need a graphical overhaul, but that's about it. Good job!

at the end i felt like banging my head against the screen. It has its funny moments "the last 2 seconds where he fights the woman"
And thats about it. The rest just dragged.
