Not too bad!
Few comments include:
Try and get the start button to appear once the movie is completely preloaded (no biggie though, i noticed this has a very small filesize anyway)
Its uh not like DBZ but uh it is like the end battle of Matrix revolutions (i'm not saying what that is based on :))
All n all good little movie very fast paced loaded quick and easy on the eyes!

Random violence
As much as I like random violence, I think this should've really been surrounded by a storyline. But the actual fighting, sound effects and music syncing were all done nicely. I appreciate a lot of the plot for the fighting was from previous installments, but a recap or something would've been nice, perhaps some dialogue...

No, I am not a fuckhead. I've played through all the sonic games and I've seen the Mecha sonic go super, I've also watched the DBZ series, and there are loads of parallels to the fight scenes between your movie and the tv series.
You seem to have a short fuse, so of course its going to be fun as all hell to piss you off.
Things I liked: The break away ground stuff was really cool looking, you definitely have a very strong grasp on sprite animation, the whole sequence was fluid. One part that sticks out is when the red one is trying to fly past the gold mecha, and gold grabs his foot and slams him into the ground. Although very DBZish in nature, that was awesome.
Things I didnt like: There wasn't much I didn't like, I just think the laser beam animations need to be more spiffy looking. Anyone can make a sphere and fill it with the gradient tool, and over all they robbed the animation of its good qualities.
Suggestions: Revamp this with slicker laser graphics, I'd suggest trying to find the laser beam sprite used in the last level of Sonic 3 when you lock it onto Sonic and Knuckles, the beam that huge Robotnik robot fires after you destroy its fingers. I'd also toss in the Master Emerald, so people can see Mecha power up and stop getting things confused with DBZ.
Oh yeah, killer choice of background music, that song owns.

Although very DBZish in nature no it wasn't really if it was "dbzish" he would have grabed him slamed him into the ground chargeda full beam fired it and then beat the shit out of the guy with lots of teleporting. I don't want to throw in a master emerald it would be so stupid if they where fighting then there convenantly had a gaint emerald that they could jump on and recharge. the beams were sapose to be chopy ok i wasn't going for anything big on it. and the stupidl il robots didn't go around firing beams that take like 2 hours to charge up and then shoot so they clash and then the stronger one wins. Still i'm glad there was some part of it that u did like. And more on the DBZ fact. There are alot of anime's that are like dbz. has any of u ever stoped and tought about maybe DBZ is riping off of other animes? i mean come on! u see something fire energy out of its hands "OMFG DBZ!!! SO DBZ" u people call urselfs anime fans. please u all make me sick.

The one thing that really stood out in this flash was the fluent movement I mean this was probably the most sprite Ive seen and thats saying alot because Ive seen alot of sprites. The graphics were probably the thing that needs the most work. I liked the idea of destructable enviroment that was something that I havent seen before but the enviroment was pretty poor the background was dull and the cliff and ground looked stupid. But still I was amazed by the fluent feel of it. The sound was good there wasn't alot to it but the music worked well with the flash. My only suggestion is work on your overall graphics skill.
