Hmm. Tough. In my uninformed opinion, I'd say under normal (what's normal about this question?) circumstances, the pirate. The ninja wouldn't kill the pirate unless he was hired to. The pirate might kill the ninja if he thought the ninja had any cash on him...but pirate pistols only have one shot, so if he misses, it's all over. Sadly, the next 2 episodes are scripted, so I'll probably never do a ninja vs. pirate. Spread your question to the other ninja folk on NG. I bet they'd have fun with it!
