a decent attempt
better graphics, music variety, and interactive things such as battling people kinda like baloon fight would be a pokemon esque game for this kind of customization

A poor but noble attempt...
This was a poor but noble attempt to recreate the Sonic character creator currently featuring on the Newgrounds front page. This however has numerous bugs, no colour, poor graphics and god knows what else standing in its way. You need to keep practising with the flash a bit more but a noble attempt.
Horrible
The only reason i gave it a humor 10 is because it was funny (not in a complimentery way) he was so horrible it is actually funny but hey i dont to sound too mean so im goin to tell u try better.
Get some artists together.
Get some artists in your area together, buy them some b33r, and haver them spend some time with an actual tangible pencil and sketchpad and your scanner. other than the undernugen graphics, i guess it was alright. Add some sounds in, or maybe a little fighter game to make it worth while. Keep at it, bud.
This has nothing
Maybe if you put some effort into making it look like, well..., not like crap, then I might've given you a better score. Also, there wasn't any color. Color variations would be cool, like that Hero Maker that I've seen. But, uhh, yeah, make it look better.
