The hand is awkward. To contort it like that is no easy task, physically... the thumb should be shorter.
Overall, it could be better, but it is a cool sketch.
As for all the Apple debate going on, you all should watch Pirates of Silicon Valley. Great informative film. Here's the jist of it: Jobs is an insane workaholic who invented the concept of a personal computer, and Gates is an opportunistic business man who made a lot of money competing with him.

It does look wired that his other arm is completely missing but otherwise this piece looks very vibrant and has great contrast.
