the lip syncing/speed needed some work. As for your audio problem, just use streaming. When u put the audio on the timeline, just select whatever fram/layer it begins in and in the properties menu, st the "Sync" option to "Stream".

sorry dude, but you said the animation was done well and the shot of the smiths were just like in the movies.. well its cause they WERE in the movies.. John just traced the movie scenes.. no offense john... but this isnt too original.

I'm impressed with this video. Though the Matrix -has- be done a thousand plus times on NG, this seems to be among the better ones. My only complaints are that it isn't long enough and it runs rather slow (though not out of sync) on my computer.
I actually like this video, even though others might not. The art I find is done well. One part that stands out the most to me is the shot with the four Smiths watching. Each one with a different expression, but they're done exactly like they were made in the movies.
As I said earlier, make it longer and this will rock for sure. Maybe follow the entire scene? Or at least focus on the interesting things. I find people skimped out on the speech where Neo is asked why he keeps fighting. :-\
