might've had potential
the cogs were fine in the beginning, but where was the transition into anything else? repetitive backgrounds, shodding pic quality, and a definite lack of ingenuity. it had potential at the start. oh, and when cogs are working together they can't go oposite directions, they go the same direction. attention to those kinds of details will help improve your next submission.

What the hell? There were just a bunch of gears spinning around and flashing on the screen. The backgrounds were interesting until they kept repeating. I would have liked this if I was obsessed with spinning things. This entry needs a lot of work.

It's raining outside.
And it's actually more amusing. It deffinately lacks something, you could have at least made the gears different colors. I'll give you a hand on the timing, it was ok, but please, PlEaSe, PLEASE try to make something more origional?! Spinning cogs on the same backgrounds with a flash here and there, I'm sorry, not fun.
