you can fix the head
At least I recognize the characters by sight (a big plus in my book), and the attributes are well displayed. It's not your fault you like anime that have wide-ish heads.... well not Morrigan anyways. BG and shading

Actually the head seems fine. Just perspective-wise it's a bit far back. Only truly awkward proportions are how bone-thin the arms are in comparison to the rest of the body. At any rate it looks pretty good! I like it.
