Indeed Cheezy...
But if only for the fact that you say so! I personally liked it, but I've just never been a big GTA fan.
I thought the graphics were great, I think ALL of the music (except the Aha song) was great (epsecially the Cutting Edge and Iron Maiden songs) and voice acting was great.
But I am confused a little bit...exactly what was the problem that they had to just get up and go in the car/ Hell, if I was the passenger of the car (the kid in black) I would punch the kid in grey for saying Iron Madien sucks. But that's beside the point I guess.
But that still keeps it at a nine, even without a real plot. The music, voice acting, and graphics make this one outstanding!

Extly what is the plot to it? Still great all together.
