It could use more drug references.
It seems pretty obvious Bill is a reject from the 60's who took too much LSD, but he doesn't act like a hippy. How about some more flowers, tie-dye and drug references for his character, o.k.? Gotta start making fun of the Ben n' Jerry's jerkoffs, o.k.?
