ok a few things
and this will be like number 55 in score, ummm, you need mroe badguys the same abd guy over and over....not too appealing.....also pretty half assed, in the menu you need a better system for selecting maybe enabling the keyboard for this section would be awesome, but its pretty neat other than, more death sprites, and mroe enemy sprites.

Pretty good, but when you choose your weapon, you cant see your cursor, and perhaps add a score table?
could have been worse, but not very good either.
I was annoyed that you only presented two levels. Infact, the entire thing could have scored at least a seven with more work put into it. The characters just dissapeared when shot at, and there wansn't even any gore. Also, the title was misleading, as you are supposed to do everything but kill civillians. Maybe "avoid killing civillians" would have been a better title.
