This was a pretty well-made piece of animation. Nice choice of music too- "House of the Rising Sun" really fits this piece well. Lucien's voiceacting wasn't bad either....wait....Lucien, no don't even think of tying me to that chair....you're straight, remember?

Okay... the style of the animation completely ROCKS on this entry. It's only 7 minutes long, so the story isn't too fleshed out, but there is some good stuff. I'd be kind of cool if you did some more episodes for this maybe? I know it's probably intended as a tribute, but this could be an interesting story to follow, maybe just a few more vignettes of random things.
The dialogue is good, and the voice acting was also excellent, but it's kind of low and hard to hear at parts. I have a minor gripe with the subtitles. I hate to play English teacher but there are occasions where you use things like "u" and "ur" and to me it just seems to subtract from the professionalism of it.
But keep making more, I'd definatly give them a look! ABSOLUTELY stick to that drawing style though, it's the right touch for the mood.
I absolutely agree with you on the english grammar. Its especially painful for me since im such a perfectionist and even though i watched the movie a 100 times during the making, i still oversaw a couple of grammar flaws. The bad thing is i cant fix it because im on a surfvacation in Bali right now. But ill fix it as soon as i get back! Tanx for the review!
