I'm not really sure if you were trying to go deep with this one, shad; but in my own humble opinion I see the skeleton as a metaphor representing a person who is kind of empty on the inside, and that's one thing most women don't really go for. (That's what I get out of it mostly because if she was so worried about a cock, he has an entire elbow he can still ram up in there.)
And as for the imagery itself, what I liked the most is that everything was black, white, and gray, (possibly from the skeleton's perspective?) except for his girlfriend which was colorful and beautifully drawn, and also all of the background scenery was very well drawn.
