My kind of song...

This song is the BOMB! Simply love it! Absolutely fabulous, masterfully done.

Hades responds:

Hehe, you'd be seeing a lot more of these if I actually had the technical capabilities of recording actual guitar. Then, I'd probably be pumping these out one after another! ;D

sorry its just not metal too me

metal to me is hardcore music that i listen to when im pissed.... this isnt metal to me.... still decent song

Hades responds:

Yeah, but there are a whole lot of different sub-genres, too! I can see your point, as metal generally is a bit more aggressive and fast-paced, but I'm still glad you liked it enough to write a review. Thanks for the comment!

Yay!

Another good one.

Hades responds:

Thanks, man. ;D

Wow... Thank you.

I learned of this song from the BBS when you posted about SuperRiff Guitar. I'm using it myself atm and it's awesome. Also, the song itself answers a lot of my nooby questions about songmaking... I'll drop you a line if/when I finish my own first piece.

The song is cool, and you really do manage to keep it interesting with the drums. My favorite part would be near the end when you come back with the main riff but make it seem faster by playing the drums faster. Good stuff.

Hades responds:

Yeah, the SuperRiff guitar is truly an awesome way to simulate guitar, isn't it? Besides, it's free, so it's good all around. XD And make sure to remember to tell me when you're done with your first SRG song, I'd be really interested in hearing it! Thanks for the review!

how did you do that?

is that a live guitar or digital. because its freekin AWESOME! it reminds me of credit sequences on fighting games.
Haryuken! hut hut hut! (ryu)
AAaaaeeeeyyyY!!!!!!!"Chibby" (alice from bloody roar) god she was a pain in the ass.

Hades responds:

That, my friend, is 100% synthetic guitar. Sadly, I haven't yet found the money to invest into actual guitar recording software (but I am kinda curious about that Guitar Rig ;D)), so this is the alternative I have to deal with. It's a free VSTi that I found on the net, along with some extra distortion and EQing. XD
