Maybe it was for the better
Maybe it was for the better that the guy died... I mean, he did have a cancerous lump growing on the upper right portion of his head.
He might have had to undergo kemo therapy and other harsh medicinal practices in order to stay alive... Although, he had no hair, so he wouldn't have minded.
The stick figure also did seem to have somewhat of an eating disorder. That is possibly why his hair was gone (possibly had fallen out due to malnutrition?)
So anyway, a rock in the head is nice.
