Pretty damn good...
For your first flash. I remember seeing this the day it came out, clicking on it because the name caught my attention. I was suprised that it was a pretty original and clever cartoon. The humor is pretty twisted, which is always a plus. The art is very good as well.. The backgrounds look like they were painted, which is a nice touch.
I hope to see more episodes of this.. Just add more characters and make it a bit longer. Good job!

I could see this series possibly going places. Things I would change would be
- Billy's Voice
- Make more realistic (Todd could've just blamed it on the dog. It really looked that way)
- Make it funnier with crazier antics
Overall, pretty good first animation
