Reviews for "Solidstick Fight: STAGE 4"

good!

wait a minute... I sense something.... I sense that you will be the next zhu! (creator of xiao xiao)awesome keep up the good work but add sound effects and blood

Not bad

Not bad at all. I have one question. How did you make the camera spin around like that when the guy threw the stick?

Better, but worse at the same time.

Definatly propelled in the style and directing department, but your animation in this episodes was very lacking. The fighters were... too fat, and their heads were too small. The good parts were the smoothness of it all, the music was rad, and it tied into the fight at parts. (the throwing of the stick for instance) but all in all, i'd have too say 2 and 3 are your best so far in animation. If you stick with this style of directing, and lose the boss, and "Stage #" then you'll have yourself a masterpiece.

GAMECUBICLE responds:

Why lose the boss? i thought it was cool. And i also think part 3 is better. But not that much people think tht. Its scored only 3.28.... I think people like it better if the fighting is really over the top (like this one).
And why loose the Stage#.... Thats just the name of the episode...

Copy!

This movie was good but its sure that you taked your idea on xiaoxiao...

GAMECUBICLE responds:

Nah... It was more inspired by the original Solidstick movies then by Xiaoxiao... Although everybody thinks that... If i wanted to make a xiao xiao ripoff i would have used normal sticks... and btw... i bet you call every stick fighting movie a Xiaoxiao ripoff....

Well

Contrary to your first movie i'm more impressed with this than the first one - at least in the end battle the characters didn't jump up into a white background and float around with super saiyan hair...

Do not complain about the "3.63", it is a little bit more than what this deserves. You did not have a wide variety of sprites and the fact Mario turned into a clock at the end pissed me off. Try your hand at some non-sprite now, it seems all your other movies are sprite and you should now be past that newbie-stage of non-sprite. Good luck with future movies! I'm sure you'll be a big hit on NG some day.

(P.S - in the credits don't bother putting "GAMECUBICLE" on everything like "Director" and "Storyboard" because we KNOW its by you, just put "By Gamecubile" ;) )

GAMECUBICLE responds:

erm... you reviewed the wrong movie man... this is Solidstick fight: STAGE 4, not Mario's revenge 3...
