You shuld try doing it in maya
Make the south park characters in maya then rigg them and if you want to make it for flash, export the animations as vector graphis. It wold be right on. Be sure is a parody of the show other wise you culd get slamed!!! he he...

Short and terrible but all hope is not lost
You just need to work on it and maybe subtitle Kenny. Also make it longer. Add more jokes and maybe some other characters. This is bad now except how you captured South Park's style. Just work on it and make it better and understandable.
