When making a button, where exactly do you click to get the toolbar up to make an action?!? please reply, otherwise this movie was great, thanx for the help!

I have yet to actualy use it in flash )i just watched it) but how did you get the buttons to do things when you hover over them? like when you hovered over menu it turned upside-down is that in actions?

Flash MX 2004 is what I have,I read the entire section on buttons
and it didn't help me in the least!
I was hoping this would and from reviews it seems it DID help a lot
of people,but I'm still at an impass,please make a seperate flash based entirely on buttons and make very easy 2 understand.
I think I'm either a slow,slow learner or a dumbass,either way the world really needs that flash!Buttons are the hardest thing 2 learn in flash!
