Great character!
I think that evil dude is a great character, i see lots of potential, as for the dress up I though you could've put alot more items and my some sound and different backround.

yup u did ):@. so then i added more stuff and a toolbar and the speech mode. Thats when i resubmitted it, and im working on a game which will include this character
