As cool as this drawing is...

I'm seeing a directional flaw.

The guy was obviously shot, but that doesn't mean he barfs up blood.

I think you need to accentuate the image of the sherif's wound.
-Was he shot in the face? Or the chest?
-And with a caliber of those guns, it would leave a hole in either one.

How cool would it look if his lower face was blasted clean off but the eyes still convey emotions of shock and pain! Teeth flying and the jaw hanging by a sinew.

It's a technical flaw but the rest is mighty wicked.

here in as very common scene as to why i give 10

the per portions to the body's is amazing why? cause that's shad's style of drawing the horizon is brilliant it isn't messed up at all it was giving a round look to give off a 3-d effect which was done fantastically.
The shading is awesome and is where it needs to be for the sun being in the back near setting.
any gun shot at any distance will give off smoke from the barrel especially ones from the old west and smoke comes off for at least 5 seconds, so the smoke from the gun and having the body still falling,make the smoke where it needs to be, and as always have nice day.

I give you a rating of 10 because unlike the guy below me I think art is anything that you draw that comes from the heart. If you think this is the best you could do and you love the art then it is considered art. I don't think that just because the lighting or shading is off then it makes it not a form of art. Art is just that, art. Art doesn't have to be technical, that's why it's art. I love that you are pursuing something you love. Keep up the good work.
