hmm clearly an observation on how modern machinery has made slaves man kind and in our ultimate goal to have machines do everything for us in the long run... or myabe he just wantes to draw a robot

Really desolate feel to it. Black-and-white also contributes to this. Lots of detail here.

I like your cross hatching technique . What is the robot pointing too? Or is that just how it is?
