Good board, but some problems.
It's great to hear those classic sounds, though. You eediot! Happy Happy Joy Joy! etc. But there are some things I want added.
1. Your "Both talking" part doesn't work. Fix it. Right now, it just returns to the PLAY button.
2. Some sounds I liked that you missed:
The thing where the cow grates his butt whenever he hears the word "Cheese."
The chanting of "Where's your pants?"
The quotes from the Haunted House episode.
The "History Eraser Button."
The missing left socks.
The nose goblins and "I picked them myself."
There are still more, but there is a character limit and I don't want to weigh you down with these messages or my "3 butt cheeks."

Ren & Stimpy are great...this reminded me of some of my favorite episodes. It was a little boring and plain. It would be better if maybe when you click some sounds you get animations or something...I like that you included some songs ^_^ and when you click "both talking" it takes you back to the play button...is it supposed to do that?? So this was alright, but the fact that its just a sound board and just a little bland makes me give it a decent but low score...
