Words simply cannot...
...describe the emotions that I am feeling when listening to this song. The nostalgia that washes over me is extremely weighty, and amazing. The moment when Cecil finds Rosa after she collapses in the desert, and the lengths that he goes to save her. Rosa is one of my favourite Final Fantasy characters ever. Her Bless skill is awesome (When it works) - replenishing both HP and MP.
Shey's very regal, and I love the artwork that was produced for her in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. She looks so powerful and serene.
Anyway, I digress.
Thanks for bringing the memories back to me. ;D

This song has always provoked an emotional response with me as well. I always thought it would sound good played on real instruments. This is about as close as I could get with my limited set up at the time. Since then though the Black Mages and Nobuo's orchestra have come out with versions of this song that are simply amazing! Nostalgic heaven
I remember back in the day when I first was introduced to the series that was Final Fantasy, and the love affair I've had ever since can be traced to the amazing music. I've always been a fan of the individual character themes, but Rosa's was my first love. To hear it brought to life like this, rather than the midi version (which was amazing in its own right) brings a tear to this old geek's eyes. Bravo my friend. Bravo.
