Not Xiao Xiao
This is a good movie but it's not Xiao Xiao. Xiao xiao is made of lines no sbribbles. It also doesn't contain DBZ stuff. If you get around the fact that's it's not really Xiao Xiao then it's pretty good. Needs to be longer though. Needs music.
