Okay, first the bit itself: well done for sprites, good scrolling speed (impressive), everything is smooth. Artistically, ignoring the fact that it's friggin sprites, it ain't too bad.
HOWEVER, as stated above, dumping on Celes just isn't right. She fine, nothing else to say about it. Terra's secret, fine, Relm's secret, pedophiliac but dramatically acceptable. But Celes? *shakes head*
