I love your artwork but feel it's lacking some texture distinction on the neck. Some scales would have stood out nicely but that's just my opinion. Good work. 10/10 and 5/5.

Gyrados, I choose YOU!
It DOES remind me of a Gyrados. It's very well done in any case. Now, I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but it seems to me to be "focused" on the head. What I mean is there is a centralized level of detail in the head, greater than the rest of the body. Almost as if it were a photo taken, which focused on the head and left the rest of the dragon as background, if that makes sense.

You should be proud of that water, it's jawesome. So's the dragon. I like how you painted in the way light reflects off the water and onto the dragon.

Because since when was that what you needed? This picture takes one of the oldest, most classic ideas in the book, and revamps it. The design is true to the image many would have of such a creature, and the background gives the dragon a more of a natural feel (along with emphasizing that it looks kind of like a Loch Ness Monster in this case). Amazing job~
