good flash, but one question.. why, on every pirate movie, is there a black guy that hardly opens his eyes?

Heh, good eye; pirate movies are cliched in general (Pirates of the Caribbean did that, too), and I wanted it to be a true pirate movie :)

Pretty good

The best part about it is the music, though, especially the clip at the end. It's perfect for this movie.

Smooooth

The animations and drawings were very nice, but its a shame about the voices - either a bit too loud or staticy. The music was AWESOME.
While the joke wasn't original, it was still funny watching it in this way and the looks the pirates were giving the mermaids was classic. Well done.

Definitely fixing those voices up... they were slapped on first time go round, unlike most (where I record five or six takes). Also adding more animation to the pirates.

Funny

I really enjoyed it. I'm not so into your animation style, but that's more of a personal preference. You definitely need to fix the sound, but it was very funny and I thought the music was a nice touch.
