Pretty good.
It wasn't that bad. Could stand to be a little bit more fast-paced and nimble, since it was a ninja movie. But otherwise, not bad.

Had you put more effort into it, it might have been pretty good.
Needs a purpose
This was merely a ninja slicing up other ninjas who might as well be made of butter. You need to create a reason for the fight and at least make the ninja have to exert some effort to slice up his enemies. Graphics weren't special but sufficent. The music was the best part of the flash but not good enough to prevent blamming.
Boring
You really didn't show any actual fighting. All you did was show some red lines and they fall apart. That's boring.
Eeeesh.
There are no redeeming qualities to this. No story or point to speak of, and the animation was just pathetic. Questionable fight choreography... I've never seen ninjas who try to tackle assailants like high-school linebackers. Or float in the air for no apparent reason. Or wear ski goggles.
