I think this rating should be higher. I found it to be a pretty unique picture. I mean, it's not too elaborate, but it doesn't need to be. It was great to see Pico close up like this. You get a pretty good sense of his character in this. The background is a great effect.
I guess this was an attempt to make him look more realistic. Maybe it was imitating film noir? There's certainly not much of that around anymore. Orange is my favorite color! What do you know, I've never mentioned that when reviewing something Pico related!

Never the less, the lighting and shapes of body and face all worked out pretty nicely! :D

All I see is
Pico as an international playboy spy. I mean, no tuxedo of course, but it wouldn't quite be Pico if he was dressed in a tux. In an animation, you could show him in his green shirt and later change into a tuxedo to tug the viewers imagination along with you. As a still image though, it would just be some redhead in a tux. I'm rambling again, someone stop me @_@
Looks like Pico's father in all honesty.
Either that, or Pico has finally started to age.
And... how is that Pico on meth? It's just his mugshot. God, get your facts straight!
