Are you my friend?
That movie was cute. Generic plot maybe, but the robots were very nicely animated. The only problems I have with it are that the whole "100 years later" thing doesn't work, he'd be all mossy and the treeroots and dirt would be all around him. How come he didn't wake up while they cut down the trees or polluted the area?
Meh, I'm too nit-picky since I took this damn fiction workshop.

Generic plot yes. But i wanted it be simple. I even sorta designed the graphics such that they got more complex as the story did..As for the 100 years thing i could have done a passage of time animation such as the trees being destroyed by the rath of man and the great wars of man kind..but that would have been a hell of animation undertakeing..i didn't feel like spending another month on it..for the how come he didn't wakeup question. Its cause he shut himself down..she woke him up..i guess i could have shown here doing that..i just assumed people would get it.

This was a good overall movie.
This movie had really great artwork, a nice soundtrack and animation was good. The one thing that made me give it an eight instead of a ten was the plot. Now, don't get me wrong it was told very well, but the tried and true method of One man all alone in socity, untill he meets his match and they are happy alone together, is getting just as boring as the usual newgrounds stuff. Just some constructive critism.

hes a self taught robot..what do you expect him to be smokeing a pipe speaking complex sentences..well the smokeing a pipe part is understandable..
