Decent
It's a great tutorial and a decent flash. You could stand to touch it up a little. Add some mellow background music and a few button pressing sounds. Put a downloadable on the web and link it. That's my advice. Other than the changes I suggest you make I'd say you've done a great job.

It's okay I guess. It has good info, and it's a good tutorial no questions asked, but some bits where just missed completely, and they should be obvious to tutorial makers. Like: Not all the actionscript was selectable/copyable. Only a couple of text boxes of script were. Also, That sprite? It's not Megaman, it's Zero. So.. yeah. Fix up the obvious things and it'll be almost perfect.

unlike the other tutorials out there, this one good, informative and has a good effort put into it to help other flash artists out there.
