Because people all ways rip-off 8-bit theater. I was original was going to make them warp to an 8-bit Theater rip-off instead of the actual FF1 game movie but that wouldn't make much sense. I was just poking fun at how everyone makes him like that in every FF1 animation.

Otherwise, a really cool film. And it it's the first time I saw a film live up to such a huge file size. Most 4.7 meg films have 4 megs music.
Nice film. The gags were great, too.
But maybe this film would have scored a bit higher as two separate parts.

i'm a huge fan of chrono trigger so that struck a chord with me. some parts were very funny like the seinfield noise at the door and the yugi-oh banning. good work, awesome use of sprites as well BTW

I like how you made Crono a mute, just like in the game. Very good use on the Video Game references. It would be cool if you use that "Heaven or Hell" and "Let's Rock" GGX sprite to go along with that "Guilty Gear X2" sound clip. I know there should be one somewhere on a site.
