It feels fresh while staying true to 8-bit.
While it has a stronger sense of modernization with the techno, some of the effects actually make this feel a lot closer to the original 8-bit piece. It's a strange sensation, almost surreal even, to hear these two styles come into one. However, at the same time, the transition is practically seamless and sounds incredibly good. This remix just might be the perfect recreation of Mega Man 9's shining piece of work.

As I'm sure other reviews have stated, this music manages to successfully combine the true elements of both a techno and 8-bit song. Although it doesn't completely dominate in one department, it is quite a catchy tune.
