Sort of ironic. "Bully" has been a catch phrase for a little while with me and my friends after a college history class where we learned the whole "Teddy got shot, said 'Bully!' and gave a speech anyway."

Like I said, it's not really meant to be long or have anything of substance, it's just to try out the old movie effect. Glad someone got the "Bully" reference too.
