I see some improvement
I see that you have developed your skills a bit since your last movie. The one thing that really bugs me is just the spelling and grammatical errors. Please, please run your srcipt through a spell checker before putting it in the Flash. Also, you might want to have someone double check the Olde English tha Frog uses. I believe he would use "art" rather than "ist."
Good
The fight scene was done pretty well, though Frog's ending should had been extended a bit more. Like him pondering why Chrono had a change of heart and became evil. That might had explained things better. Pretty good, overall.
