As a fan of The Matrix Trilogy I know all parts by heart. Although you didn't redo ALL scenes here, you did most of them. And that's very nice, with the combination of sprites and stuff.

There's no need to change anything, but it would have been funny if you'd have put in the sound that mario makes when he goes from being big with one of the mushrooms down to being small again when he hit that brick wall (sorry if that doesn't make any sense) or if he had a raccoon tail or yellow cape when he went to fly away.
Don't mind my nitpicking though, it was perfect.

This was great! I can't believe that you did this! How many times did you have to watch the movie in order to coordinate that!? That is amazing. But...You forgot the part when Neo gets the pole and they do a slow down to a freeze frame of Neo and Smith jumping at each other and then Neo hits Smith on the head w/the pole. You also forgot a couple of Neo hitting Smith w/the pole, in turn, flinging Smith into the air.
