The beginning is suppose to replicate a scratchy radio recording, like a classic boom box of sorts. Then it explodes into sound.

I really enjoy the song alot. I dig what you are trying to do in the beginning but I feel like it's missing a little extra effect to really sell the whole "old radio" feeling you are going for.
Possibly some added record scratch and pops? Just an idea.
But it's got a great groove to it so rock on man.
