You should try to tell your story with images.
Instead of telling what's going on, SHOW it. Honestly, the text just seemed like a lazy way of conveying the story. Almost like a voice-over. You could have used flashback to show that it was his grandfather, etc. Good effort, but go back to the drawing board and put some effort into how to effectively tell the story via images and animation.
Action, Man!
Definitely needs more action. So many people are making sloppy action movies lately.
this was rather boring
there was not enough action,this is still good but it needs action.
There was only one thing i liked about this movie.
And the thing i liked was the font you used in the begening, "This is dedicated to..." What is that font called?
Im not saying that you suck or anything, i just didn't like the whole "more text than action" style... Maybe try and make something more.. you know, entertaining.

I propably would have liked it more if you'd just had cut off about 80% of all the explaining...
People have their own brains you know... that kinda means that people can sumhow find out that you are in middle of a zombie attack if theres zombies all around of you, you don't have to explain that. Next time; less text, more action...
