motion tweening
I don’t know what is with everyone and frame by frame animation. It doesn’t make you a better artiest that you have done it, and there is no shame in motion tweening it. What I would do to make it look smoother is to brake up each body part into a graphic, his arms, legs, torso, head. Then tween those across. That way the arm will always be the same though out the duration of your movie.

well. i thought that was gonna be some crappy 4 yr-old's movie, but its not that bad. the graphics were...well...pretty simple, but they were done nicley and although its short, its just a nice little movie. keep on improving on your stuff and you most likley will get better.
