motion tweening
I don’t know what is with everyone and frame by frame animation. It doesn’t make you a better artiest that you have done it, and there is no shame in motion tweening it. What I would do to make it look smoother is to brake up each body part into a graphic, his arms, legs, torso, head. Then tween those across. That way the arm will always be the same though out the duration of your movie.

I loved the character.
I love the way your have drawn you non-stick character. It's different than everything you see on here. I don't like sticks, but it was for a joke, so it's all good. Maybe you should add some more sounds or music.
