Beautiful! the only thing I have against it, is the leg is hiked a little too high for my tastes for her to be so (seemingly) high up. Now if there were some surface she was kicking off of to the right, I think it would let it flow a little better.
But really, wonderful work. I love your use of visual texture and how you excelled at it.
This doesn't flow like it should.
I'm not trying to troll here, it's a very lovely picture, but I'm wondering what her mood is to justify the positioning you gave her.
If she just took off, then I can see her leg being up that high, but if this was after she was up in the sky for a while, then to me it would make sense for her leg to come down some to signify a more relaxed yet guarded appeal.
I don't know. It's giving mixed signals. She's on guard and relaxing....it just seems as though you can throw a hint of relaxing or guard if you decided to make one of the other more obvious. Now that would be more balanced to your heroine.
