Dark sweetness - but needs work
First, the audio: The voice if perfect, but it sounds "muted" (like you don't want to speak too loud and annoy the neighbors/family members). You don't need a recording studio, but speak up - it sounds more natural that way. Some sound effects would be nice, too (skateboard wheels, monkey screeches)
If the music was more childlike, it would go along with the feel of the piece - it stand out too much with all the instruments. Try to hit some notes and get a better pace, too. It might be funny to get some real kids to sing along, too.
Visually, it's a nice start - needs some clean-up.
Dark children's show parodies aren't terribly original, but hey, you can't go wrong with english accents and monkey references.
