Not bad but you can do better
Her head kinda... failed.
I'm not saying that I could do better myself but it needs some improvement.
As the person below me says that her breasts are too high, I agree with that. Her arms are too short, thats true and also her hands, especially fingers, are bad.
But her body is brilliant so for a good overall you deserve a 7
Looks kind of unnatural
I have to agree with EnactJudo, to an extent. The face is the thing that bothers me the most. Mainly, her muzzle. I can't explain it. It doesn't look like a muzzle to me, it's more like a...lump. It should be a tad longer and more squared. Kind of like this photo:

Another thing that could be improved is her chest. I think her breasts too close to the neck, and too high over the armpit.
One last thing to critique, I think her arms are too short in comparison to her legs. In most of her official artwork, her arms are longer. This site has some pretty good references:

To end on a positive note, I think it's a good start. I believe you have talent. Aside from the length, the arms look good to me and so do the legs.

I am not impressed
The face is horrendous. The ears and the direction the face is pointing do not match. Not to mention the overall shape of the face and the expression are terrible as well. You need more practice, preferably with human characters.
