@Meatybill72. Pikachu isn't a starter pokemon
Pikachu was only a starter in Pokemon yellow, which was just a follow-up to the Pokemon cartoon series.
Now, to the image. The way these Pokemon are drawn are exceptionally well. The drawings also capture the Pokemon's characteristics, for example. Totodile, looking insane as usual, but also notice its biting its tongue, as a sign of hunger.
Totodile really caught my attention! Great drawing!
