That was very, very good
the only thing that I would suggest is to add a running function for the character in world mode. It's kinda irritating moving so slow, when you want to get them to run. But other than that, I can make no suggestions - this is very good, and an obvious product of hard effort. Great job, guys.

I think the walking is fine, and it could be lagging with you. you should try to turn the quality down.
However, running might be a good Idea.
