Hrm..ok..
It's pretty good for your first flash. My first flash which i refuse to show public, is just a white screen with the words: BOB on it, so i think you have some serious flash potential. Totally original, i think...well at least to me. Also i'd like to add: put a background at the beginning. I usually perfer a background other than white.

The Problem with this...
is that there are only two buttons. All the user has to do is not press the button that's the same as the word.
You should have one button for every colour and then make them not move, so the buttons are there for the whole game and only the word changes.
Then you could make it a random word and random colour, and then test how many the user can get right in 30 seconds..... that's a bit of programming work tho.
