At first it felt unoriginal and stereotypical. But once I actually started paying attention some of the stuff was pretty hilarious. Like the bit about colors. The background art you composed for parts was also kind of nice. It was a little distracting though, try a more subtle approach. It had enough wierdness to keep me watching... and what the fuck was that stupid song?....

I've seen this in an e-mail before the simple animation you've made to it fits very nicely. As for your compression issues with the TV scene, you could replace the video clip with something "manly" on the screen in a simple animation... I'd say a football. Because I know guys don't like their football games interrupted. And the brief intervals with just text and the random shape backgrounds are a little hard to read. Putting in a translucent layer of white in between the text and the background, similar to the first scene, would make it a lot easier on the eyes. Overall - splendid!
I did consider replacing the T.V. with something more simple as you said, but in the end, I thought the video added just the right touch. That and the fact that I figured people's attention would be more focused on the text, so it wouldn't matter too much what was there. (That's where I work, by the way).
I understand what you have to say about reading the text on the random backgrounds. I'll change it if a few more people say something about it, and as I considered that also, I was too proud of the backgrounds to cover them up with a text bubble so quickly.

it was funny.. but maybe you shouldve added examples, with peoples voices and stuff.. and the music, i really didnt like.. but over all it was preety good

That was soooo funny. I'd say to make another, but I fear that this one's gonna kill any chance you ever had with a girl as is... they cannot be trained, end of story. Great flash though.
