A Masterpiece
This is simply amazing. The original is awesome but this is better. I honestly didn't think it was possible. An awesome variation. I do hope you decide to do another variation of this in the future. I just can't get enough.
The original, while played only once in Half-Life 2, is easily my favorite tune in the game. It added an emotional element to the death of that citizen's friend to the Antlions around when you first encounter them.
I loved this so much I decided to create an account just to comment on this. I've been visiting this site for awhile now and this finally made me decide to sign up.

I like how you added more techno-ish vibe to the song, as opposed to the one I just mentioned. I'm surprised VALVe didn't take enough advantage of this song, despite how good it was. The song felt really tacked on. I loved it after escaping out of Ravenholm, the Headcrab cave and the sniper rail tracks to come into contact with fellow humans again. Great job dude, Seriously!
