if i were using flash 5 it would be alot better but i have flash mx so this tutorial doesnt work for me, otherwise it's pretty good for beginners

Sprites are mad cool, plus fun. But i hear its not a good idea to use sprites as a flash movie. But I guess thats if you do a sloppy job. My next flash will be sprite, and i'll add you in my credits :)
